Stroudsburg University. Before
opening Ginger B Realty, Ginger
worked as a Realtor for over 20
years for a national real estate chain.
An avid reader, Ginger's interests
are many, including needlework
(used to own Village Fabrics),
walking, nature, and construction.

of the Bronx. Before starting her career in real
estate, Pat enjoyed a successful career in banking
in Manhattan. An active walker, Pat lives in the
village of Tobyhanna. Pat is a flea market fanatic
and can often be seen at Marshall's Creek with her
husband Bill, who has a business there.
Pat is a problem solver but says her real specialty
is "ordering out."

Ohio. He earned a BS in Industrial Engineering
from Bowling Green University, Bowling Green,
Ohio, and has advanced studies from the
University of Delaware, Newark, DE. He has been
a Realtor since 2002.
Steve is known for his great smile and his
patience with clients.
A resident of Emerald Lakes since 1995, Steve can
often be seen walking around the lakes with his
big black Labradoodle, Henry
Ohio. He earned a BS in Industrial Engineering
from Bowling Green University, Bowling Green,
Ohio, and has advanced studies from the
University of Delaware, Newark, DE. He has been
a Realtor since 2002.

Mike is a graduate of East Stroudsburg High
School. He served in the Marines in the early
1980's. A resident of the Poconos since 1978, Mike
obtained his real estate sales license in 1988 and
earned his Associate Broker license in 1998. For
over 21 years, Mike has been bringing Buyers and
Sellers together by using his expertise, his great
personality, attention to detail, and the ability to
listen to the needs of customers and clients.
